Bogobe ba ting (mabele) with spinach and chicken stew.

Mabele
Pre-prepared ting mixture of hot water and mabele.
Preparation time: 0min
Cooking time: 20min
Boil water in a medium sized pot. Pour in your pre prepared ting mixture till you get to soft porridge consistency. Bring to boil.
pour in mabele and let it simmer. Keep on stirring over reduced heat.

1 Red pepper diced
2 carrots diced
2 medium tomatoes
Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds
Paprika
Salt and pepper

Roast the spices for few second and grind. set aside.
Fry onion, garlic and pepper together. Put in your spices and stir for about a minute. Put in chicken pieces and let it brown. Pour in carrots and tomatoes and let it simmer till the carrots become tender. Season with Salt and pepper.
Tips: cut veggies in same size
Use a good briyani mix instead of spices.
